Common questions we receive from candidates

Our Staffing department will then be able to review your qualifications. We do send out job notifications and eBlasts to agents who register in our system to inform them about open positions and future opportunities.

You will receive an immediate online acknowledgement of receipt of your resume information. If your experience matches the needs of the project, you will be contacted to discuss your resume and skills in more detail.

If your experience is a match the project requirements, you will be contacted by email or phone for further discussion. All resumes and applications are saved in our database for future job openings.

If your application is incomplete, you will receive a system generated email directing you to log-in to your profile and finish your application. This could be a result of an unsigned application, unanswered questions or no resume on file.

It is required that all candidates complete the application in order to be considered for employment.

Generally, when it is determined your background and qualifications match the position requirements, you will be contacted for a phone interview with someone in the Staffing Department. Clients or managers may request to conduct a follow up interview before making a final decision.

CLS requires all candidates to complete a background and drug test prior to being hired. Based on the position, computer skills assessments may be required for the pre-employment process.
