PowerTrak
PowerTrak is powerful project management tool
for all your land asset management needs. Developed
in-house by Contract Land Staff’s (CLS) Right
of Way technology experts, PowerTrak is easy to
use, easy to learn, and easy to navigate – yet
robust in it’s functionality and reporting
capabilities.
PowerTrak provides your in-house
and field employees with 24/7 online access to
all pertinent Right of Way information such as
title information, permits, Right of Way access,
relevant dates, negotiation notes, maps, appraisals,
environmental studies, leases granted, and more.
PowerTrak makes it simple to track:
- Research on property ownership
and encumbrances

of Title, Names
and phone numbers of
owners, tenants, attorneys and other contacts

properties along the route of a right-of-way

Report Generation
PowerTrak features a Status
Report Builder that
provides the user with the flexibility of selecting
up to seven (7) tract status descriptions on which
to report for a Right of Way or a portion of a
Right of Way located in a selected county. Additionally,
the system also includes a Report
Generator with
which you can create a wide variety of customized
reports that can be saved in Excel, PDF, TIF, and
HTML formats. Examples include:

When a Right of Way project can take months,
or even years to complete, it’s critical that
you know the status of negotiations. PowerTrak
offers a single, comprehensive view of a Right
of Way project and land status so that users
can track deadlines more efficiently. With a
click of the mouse your Right of Way project’s
workflow is detailed and customized reports are
generated. You can immediately see where
each little detail stands and identify any gaps
that need to be addressed.
Search Screens
Records pertaining to a particular property, document,
or person are easy to locate with the help of
several powerful search screens that feature
drill-down functionality and date range searches.
Document & Form
Generation
PowerTrak facilitates the generation of legal documents,
letters, drafts and checks on a data entered
the program.
Document Capture
When data is captured in the field, it can easily
be uploaded into PowerTrak. Uploaded documents
can be bound to any existing document in the
system. Once the data is entered into the
program, it’s immediately available to
all users from one central location via the Web – ensuring
that everyone has real-time data and is working
in a standardized environment.
System Integration & Implementation
PowerTrak seamlessly integrates into your existing
Right of Way solution, enhancing your project
management and reporting capabilities. CLS
does license PowerTrak through an ASP environment,
making it extremely easy to quickly deploy the
