User Defined Fields / Form Creation
In CLSLiNK™ users can create their own check boxes
or drop down menus to store text, dates, and
numbers. Additionally, users can define the labels
for the new User Defined Fields and determine
where to place the field itself. These
features allow clients to further customize CLSLiNK™
to their individual needs.

Function
CLSLiNK™ includes a Report
Functionality with
which users can create a wide variety of customized
and comprehensive reports. Users can create
views, templates, and forms as well as filter reports
on any data field. They can also hyperlink

CLSLiNK™ is designed to allow scanning, imaging,
indexing, and data entry for maintenance of new
and historical legacy data. Uploaded documents
can be bound to any existing document in the
system. Once the data is entered into the
program, it’s immediately available to
all users from one central location via the Web – ensuring
that everyone has real-time data and is working
in a standardized environment.
System
Integration & Implementation
CLSLiNK™ is designed to seamlessly integrate into
a variety of GIS systems. CLS does license
CLSLiNK™ through an ASP environment, making it
extremely easy to quickly deploy the software. Once
you’ve licensed CLSLiNK™, CLS can provide
you with numerous implementation services such
as installation,
customization,
and configuration;

document scanning,
imaging and indexing;
data entry,
and more. We do everything
possible to ensure that you are up and running

Security
For flexibility and security of data access you
can assign users to security groups and grant
levels of access to every form in the application.
Additionally, users can be assigned as FERC
or Shared user types which restrict
access to land asset data.
Technology Platform
CLSLiNK™ is a Web application built with Microsoft.Net
technologies including C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server,
and Java.
