Vice President, Projects
Bruce has more than 15 years of industry experience working with clients in project planning, estimating, budgeting, acquisitions, resource allocation and quality control. His responsibilities at CLS involve day to day management of Right of Way project teams, and enhancing communication, education and management of client expectations. Bruce develops project requirements, assigning priorities, establishing deadlines, and tracking problems ensuring our clients receive hands-on attention and quality services.
Bruce holds a BA from West Texas A&M University and is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He is a past President for IRWA Gulf Coast Chapter 8. Bruce serves as an instructor for the CLS Professional Development Institute as well as The University of Houston - Downtown Right of Way Certificate Program.
