Route & Site
Selection
When determining the best Right of Way route
a multitude of factors must be evaluated. To
arrive at a balanced Right of Way site selection
decision, factors such as engineering and reliability
issues, routing and/or siting issues, environmental
impact, construction issues, regulatory requirements,
archaeological history, and local/regional
landowner concerns must all considered.
Contract
Land Staff (CLS) can conduct Right of Way site
surveys to analyze the acquisition area from
our unique perspective and offer guidance on
selecting the best route and route alternatives
for your Right of Way project.
