Project Management

meeting discussing documentFrom maintaining mountains of regulatory paperwork to managing stakeholder expectations and monitoring project status to delivering an unencumbered route, Right of Way projects are extremely labor intensive.  Effective Right of Way project management requires a strong knowledge of the Right of Way process, an ability to see the big picture, creativity, flexibility, integrity, good communication skills, and a love of details.  All qualities you’ll find in Contract Land Staff’s (CLS) project management team.

CLS’s senior leadership has served as Project Managers for many of the most prominent and important pipeline projects in the country including the 1,678-mile Rockies Express (REX) project.  But for every large multi-state project, we have also managed hundreds of smaller, equally successful projects.

Our Project Managers work side-by-side with you from Right of Way project pre-planning to project completion.  Over the years we have become experts in working with sophisticated landowners, landowner coalitions, technology solutions, regulatory agencies, and the seemingly endless variety of special situations that have to be overcome during the course of a project.

CLS has a comprehensive and copyrighted baseline Project Management System, CLS COMPASS™, custom tailored to each project, which consists of proven processes for all Right of Way project procedures.  These procedures cover everything from forms, payment procedures for the landowner, statistics reporting protocol, proper recording of negotiation contact notes, and much more.

CLS’s Project Managers have a vast store of knowledge acquired over the years – ensuring that your project is efficiently and effectively managed every time.
