Director, Human Resources

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, career counseling, training, customer service and human services programs, Lesley has the charge of CLS’ Talent Acquisition Department. This includes managing and coordinating all staffing for the company’s many projects, working closely with the Project Officers-In-Charge and Project Managers. Additionally, she coordinates all training through the CLS Professional Development Institute, which includes training for corporate staff, project staff, project start-up and client companies. She also provides oversight and management for the recruiting processes of the company and is also responsible for Safety, Reporting and Record Keeping. Lesley earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and her M. A. in Communication Sciences from Case Western Reserve University.
