  • Senior Project Manager & Project Coordinator – Houston Area
    The Senior Project Manager & Project Coordinator is responsible for the management of a variety of local and nationwide right of way projects, as well as tracking and reporting of projects to the CLS Management Team; will work with the Management Team in the staffing of these projects and other projects along with client in-house staffing needs; will report weekly to the Management Team the status of each ongoing project and any issues regarding clients’ needs, problems and/or employee or staffing issues; will act as a client liaison on projects assigned for oversight, and will give client support as necessary and needed; will work with the HR/Staffing Department regarding specific project needs and will keep the Management Team informed of these and other project issues that may arise.

    The candidate should have a college degree and must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the Right of Way and Energy industries and/or 10 years Project Management experience in the ROW arena. It is essential that the candidate have exceptional management skills to meet multiple project, personnel and client demands. The candidate must have excellent oral communication and presentation skills, and must be able to prepare reports, specifications and correspondence. The candidate must demonstrate highly developed project knowledge to provide administrative analysis for feasibility & routing studies. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word and Excel, as well as database operations are requisite. Knowledge of GIS and Digital Mapping are a plus. SR/WA and any other IRWA Certifications are also a plus. A Texas Real Estate License will be required, but may be obtained after hire. Moderate travel required with limited notification. A sense of urgency in response to client needs is imperative.

  • DATA ENTRY - RECORDS MANAGEMENT – Houston Area
    Need motivated self-starters who are organized and detail oriented, have the ability to focus for long periods of time on documents and work well with others. Skills sets required include solid knowledge of real estate title, easements, deeds, surveys and/or mapping. Easily adapt to understand complex and multiple project needs. Computer skills required include solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as the database software Access, and mail merging. Will train qualified applicants with good work history and solid references.

  • Title Agents – Houston area, Nationwide and Texas
    Title research and review positions on various projects. Mileage, per diem, cell phone and computer allowances paid. Projects have a six day work week schedule. Comprehensive benefit package is available. Title experience of 25-35 (or marketable title) year searches and Limited Title Certificates and Chain of Title preparation required. Ability to understand Section/Township/Ranges, metes and bounds along with area survey descriptions and to plot legal descriptions and prepare legal descriptions. Interpreting individual States descendent and succession laws, along with conveyance documents. Would need to be mobile and able to relocate to temporary work areas as assigned. Computer proficiency in Word and Excel required. Must have laptop/printer and cell phone for these assignments.

  • Due Diligence Agent - Houston & Nationwide
    Due diligence, title review and in-house land records administration agents needed in the greater Houston, TX and other areas nationwide. Most assignments are on a five day work week schedule. Long term and short term assignments available. Experience in performing due diligence, review of title and interpreting conveyance documents and other tract file documents is essential. Knowledge of survey, alignment sheets and mapping is a plus. Computer proficiency required.

  • ROW Administrative Specialist – Texas and Nationwide
    Experienced ROW Administrative Support and Clerical personnel needed to work in field offices on major projects. Knowledge of pipeline, electric and/or utilities ROW records, administrative support documents and records. Strong general office skills including file management, detail oriented, computer proficiency (Word, Excel and database maintenance). Communication skills (phone etiquette, grammar and personal interaction). Capacity to be flexible, multi-task and maintain a great attitude. Ability to be a team player.

  • Project Managers and Supervisors – Texas and Nationwide
    Experienced in ROW project management as well as in-depth knowledge of title, title review, acquisition, survey permitting, permitting, condemnation, construction support, etc. Knowledge of FERC requirements a plus, but not required for all projects. Computer proficiency is required of Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint. Ability to administer, feasibility studies, implement project procedures, forecasting, maintain and stay within budgets, develop schedules and milestones (Gantt charts) and understanding of appraisal reports. Oversees right of way projects, assigns team member responsibilities, oversees project personnel and project status, serves as liaison with corporate principal in charge and with client. Representing client at public meeting, regulatory hearings, presentations and condemnation hearings. Preferably available to work in any state as assigned. Solid performance as a Lead Agent required.

  • Right of Way Acquisition & Permitting Agent - Texas & Nationwide
    All levels of acquisition agents needed to acquire easements, survey permits, permitting, subordination agreements, tenant’s consents etc. in support of projects and operations maintenance in various states. Understanding of farming, ranching and timber operations 2-5 years of experience required; solid references a must. Computer proficiency required. Per diem and allowances for cell phones, computer and mileage given on qualifying projects.

  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF - Nationwide
    All levels of administrative support staff needed, willing to travel and have temporary relocation for projects from several months to one to three years. Per Diem paid to those who relocate. Skills required include excellent computer skills, working experience in office procedures, excellent phone and people skills, good team player, knowledge of office equipment; detail oriented, good proof reading skills, organized, hard worker. Support is for various right-of-way projects and operations maintenance in various states. Good work experience or recent college graduate. Solid references a must and will be verified. Opportunities for learning, growth and advancement.

  • Paralegal, Tax Office, Title, Abstracting, Real Estate, Mortgage Banking or Utility Background Experience
    Experience in reviewing of Right-of-Way or land records a must. Computer Proficiency required. Experience in title research, acquisition and/or Landowner negotiations and knowledge of survey and mapping a plus. Duties include preparation and verification of administrative support documents. Various positions available dependent on skills and past related work experience.

  • TRAINEE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
    Requirements include good work experience and/or college degree; solid references; history of good work ethic; eager to learn; excellent computer skills; enjoy working with the public; ability to be a self motivator and organized. Work experience in real estate, title, abstract, tax maps, legal, paralegal, survey and/or mapping, farming, ranching or timber application are beneficial. Successful candidates must have dependable transportation, a cell phone and computer.

Excellent computer skills and professional demeanor are a must.
