Teri Rowley, CPSM
Vice President, Business Development
Teri brings 20 years of experience in business development and marketing professional services to her position as Vice President of Business Development for CLS. She leads the firm’s business development efforts, works with senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies that expand awareness and recognition of the company, and oversees all communication and PR practices nationwide. Teri directs the development of new alliances and revenue opportunities to further expand Contract Land Staff’s dominance as the leading provider for Right of Way and Land Management services. Teri also works closely with Human Resources and Staffing on Internal Communications, Employee Relations and promoting CLS’s Culture of Continual Improvement.
Teri is a past president of Society for Marketing Professional Services and is currently serving on the national Striving for Excellence Committee. She is also an active member of two local charitable organizations, the Sugar Land Exchange Club as well as the Fort Bend CORPS.
