Nicolas Anitsakis
Manager, Electric Transmission Services
Nick Anitsakis serves as CLS’s Electric Transmission Manager, providing oversight to all Electric Transmission projects. Prior to beginning his career in Right of Way, he was a commercial real estate appraiser, dealing extensively with eminent domain, encroachments and right of way easements. Nick has guided numerous clients toward the completion of complex projects with a strong focus on speed, efficiency, and staying on budget. Currently, Nick is managing a large 345kV, electrical transmission project for a major power plant operator with facilities in Texas, Missouri, and Mississippi.
Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and holds a Texas Appraiser’s license. Additionally, he is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), Chapter 8 and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, a globally active association of professional real estate appraisers.
