Mark joined Contract Land Staff in 2003, bringing with him 26 years of accounting and management experience working with both large and small companies in a variety of accounting and financial capacities.

Mark oversees the accounting department and all financial reporting and related systems, assists with consulting and management of land-related financial matters, and is responsible for maintaining working relationships with all financial institutions that are a part of the CLS operations.  He also is regularly involved in QA/QC of proposal estimates and bids.  Additionally, Mark is charged with the oversight of the corporate facilities and is an instructor for the CLS Professional Development Institute, offering such courses as Excel Spreadsheet Efficiency and other related classes.

Mark received his CPA certification in 1981, and is a 1977 graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Accounting.
