Leon Law joined Contract Land Staff in 1999 and
has been responsible for guiding the company's
technology development and strategy, as well as
the framework and architecture of PowerTrak
and CLSLink™.
Leon was instrumental in the development of the
mature and field tested PowerTrak Right of Way project
management database and has overseen the development
and roll-out of CLS’s newest web application,
CLSLiNK™, a scalable solution for land data management
with a focus on GIS integration.
Leon helps to expand the technological
knowledge of CLS employees and other licensees
through his “Lunch
and Learn” program which is a regularly scheduled “User
Conference” for users of PowerTrak and CLSLink™. Leon
supervises a staff of analysts who work in database
support, development, mapping, and GIS analysis and development.
Leon holds a BA in Business from California State
University - Fullerton and is a regular instructor
for the CLS Professional Development Institute.
