McFarlain
Chief Financial Officer
Lee McFarlain has over a decade of senior financial leadership
experience with both large and small technology businesses and
specializes in leading companies through periods of high growth,
implementing technology solutions, and managing M&A activities.
Most recently as Chief Financial Officer of ROME Corporation,
Mr. McFarlain helped the company double revenues to $16m in less
than a year, and successfully sold the business to a strategic
partner in July of 2008. He has also held senior financial and
operations roles with IBM, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Dell Computer.
Mr. McFarlain holds his masters degree in business Magna Cum Laude from
the College of William and Mary, and is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant in the state of Texas. He has also served as a financial advisor
and board member for several charitable organizations throughout Texas.
