President, Projects & Operations
Kerry has been with CLS since 1999 and brings
over 30 years of experience in pipeline Right of
Way industry as well as the electric transmission
and construction industry.
As Senior Vice President,
Projects & Operations,
Kerry’s responsibilities include project
management and quality control for major pipeline
and electric transmission acquisition projects
for CLS clients and he is currently serving as
the Right of Way Project Manager for the Rockies
Express Pipeline, one of the most significant pipeline
projects to be undertaken in the last 20 years.
Kerry is Contract Land Staff’s
most senior expert in pipeline safety, operation
and DOT compliance and has extensive experience
in management of FERC regulated pipeline projects. Based
on his vast industry experience and knowledge,
Kerry oversees development and customization of
policies and procedures for management of projects
staffed and managed by Contract Land Staff. He
also works with clients to plan projects, prepare
feasibility studies and insure their employment
needs are being met. Prior to joining CLS, Kerry
spent 20 years with Amoco in the Midwest and Texas.
Kerry is also an
instructor in the CLS Professional Development
Institute and is a Founding Board Member of the
Right of Way Consultant's Council. Kerry
holds BS and MEd degrees with considerable additional
post-graduate study in business and real estate
law. He is a member of Chapter 8 Gulf Coast Chapter
of IRWA.
