Julie Rasmussen joined CLS in 1999, and has 15 years of experience in project management, FERC, route selection, acquisition, scheduling, damage settlements, monitoring construction activities, title and abstract work, permitting, feasibility studies, and budgeting.

Over the years, Julie has successfully managed some of CLS’s largest multi-state pipeline projects and overseen the management of multiple field offices with large numbers of ROW agents and administrative personnel under her supervision. Prior to joining CLS, Julie managed multiple fiber optic projects for AT&T and highway projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Julie holds a degree in Marketing from Hawkeye Community College, and is also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker.  Additionally, Julie is an instructor for CLS’ Professional Development Institute, teaching and leading project kick-off training.
