John joined CLS in 2006 bringing over 33 years
of management experience in the pipeline right
of way and real estate consulting industries. During
his long and varied career John has held numerous
executive level positions, including serving as
president and CEO of his own land and right of
way consulting firm.
John holds a MBA from Sam Houston State University,
and a BBA – Marketing from Texas A&M
University. He is a member of the American Association
of Professional Landmen, and is a past president
of Gulf State Chapter 8 of the International Right
Of Way Association. John was named “Right
of Way Professional of the Year” in 1984
by the IRWA Gulf State Chapter. He is also a Texas
Licensed Real Estate Broker. Additionally,
John serves as an Instructor for CLS Professional
Development Institute and acts as an excellent
mentor and guide to those entering the ROW Industry.
