Projects & Operations
Janice Morris joined CLS in 2006 bringing over
20 years of project management and departmental
oversight experience in the land management industry.
As Vice President, Projects & Operations, Janice
manages acquisition projects nationwide for pipeline
and electric transmission clients, and supervises
CLS’s Virtual Right of Way Department™, which
manages outsourced land departments as well as
project records management.
Prior to joining CLS,
Janice served as Land Manager for NRG Texas LP
where she created and provided oversight of a land
management program including oil and gas leases,
agricultural leases, fee and easement asset acquisitions,
and sales of property. Janice is a member of the
International Right of Way Association’s
Gulf State Chapter 8.
