Projects & Operations
Janice Morris joined CLS in 2006 bringing over
20 years of project management and departmental
oversight experience in the land management industry.
As Vice President, Projects & Operations, Janice
manages acquisition projects nationwide for pipeline
and electric transmission clients, and supervises
CLS’s Virtual Right of Way Department™, which
manages outsourced land departments as well as
project records management.
Prior to joining CLS, Janice served 28 years with
the former Houston Lighting & Power Company directly
supporting the power generation and transmission business
units. Her final position was that of Land Manager for
NRG Texas LP where she created and provided oversight of
a land management program including oil and gas leases,
agricultural leases, fee and easement asset acquisitions,
and sales of property. Janice is a member of the
International Right of Way Association’s
Gulf State Chapter 8.
