Elizabeth Lloyd has been with CLS for over 10 years and oversees the full scope of the CLS Human Resource Department.
Elizabeth began her CLS career as a Right-of-Way Agent in our Telecom Division. As her people and communication skills were discovered, along with her attention to details, she moved into the Corporate Office as Contract Compliance Coordinator to develop a system for contract compliance to better serve our clients, going on to also accept the Staffing Specialist role. In 2005, Elizabeth was promoted to HR/Staffing Manager and became a part of the CLS Management Team, working directly with the Officers, Directors and Project Managers of the company. Today, as Director of HR, she focuses on maintaining healthy
and productive work environments and ensuring the best and most appropriate placement of its most vital resources, our employees.
