Amanda Sloan

Amanda is responsible for managing efforts to improve corporate performance, training and the optimization of processes. The key objective is to ensure the outcomes from business processes align with the company’s strategic goals, through monitoring, measuring, coordinating, designing, and evaluating business processes. In conjunction and support of this optimization, she oversees Project Controls at CLS, coordinating with the business sectors to target and implement greater exposure to business performance metrics leading to greater client impact. Additionally, she oversees a number of projects, serving the expanding and diverse needs of our clients. Industry experience includes utility projects, both transmission and distribution, pipeline projects, including FERC projects, as well as transportation projects with high speed rail. Amanda graduated from the State University of New York College at Brockport, with a B.S. in International Business and Economics, Cum Laude.
